With over a decade of experience in the employee engagement industry, Linda helps clients use people data to influence leadership decisions that improve the bottom line. After receiving her doctorate from the Eastman School of Music, Linda moved into the corporate world where she did leadership coaching and training. Her current focus is helping leaders increase employee retention by creating better work environments for their people. Linda enjoys yoga, cooking, entertaining friends, and playing the piano.
