After receiving her doctorate from the Eastman School of Music, Linda moved into the corporate world where she did leadership coaching and training. Her current focus is helping leaders increase employee retention by creating better work environments for their people.
Linda enjoys yoga, cooking, entertaining friends, and playing the piano. She has two grown children.
